- See if the article is available online in ANY of the Library's databases, not just the one you are using.
- Search the Library's Catalog to see if the article is available in the library (if it is not online).
- Automatically do an interlibrary loan request if the article is not available online or in the library.

- America: History and Life - Full Text
Indexes and abstracts English-language scholarly literature for the history of the United States and Canada. Records indexing book and media reviews of historical interest are also included. - Business Source Premier
Offers indexing and abstracting for nearly 2000 business periodicals along with online full-text for nearly 1300 of those titles -- which include a number of scholarly journals. - DART - Europe E-Theses Portal DART-Europe is a partnership of research libraries and library consortia who are working together to improve global access to European research theses.
- Dissertations & Theses: Full Text Indexes doctoral dissertations accepted at accredited U.S. institutions since 1861. It selectively covers Master's Theses, Canadian dissertations, and British and other European dissertations going back to 1637. Nearly half of the records link to the full-text document.
- EBSCO Full Text This is actually two large multi-disciplinary databases that are combined into a single search interface (with duplicate records removed from results lists and with full text for most records). Academic Search Premier covers around 3200 scholarly journals from 1984 to the present and as far back as 1964 for some titles. MasterFILE Premier covers around 2800 journals from 1984 to the present.
- European Views of the Americas Provides a comprehensive guide to printed records about the Americas written in Europe before 1750.
- Facts On File: World News Digest Brings together and enhances more than seven decades of domestic and international news.
- Films on Demand Is a large multi-disciplinary collection of streaming video.
- Gale Directory Library Is a platform which allows researchers to use traditional print directories like a database and sort and export data to analyze or generate mailing lists.
- JSTOR Is an online archive of scholarly journals which contains high-resolution, scanned images of journal issues and pages as they were originally designed, printed, and illustrated.
- Lexis-Nexis Academic Offers numerous databases for law, news, and business.
- Project Muse Is an online archive of scholarly journals. Articles are searchable in a number of ways and may be viewed as web pages and in some cases as PDF files.
